This work is a journey. Step by step, week by week, you discover more of yourself. Each session offers a new lesson, something you can carry into your life, something that makes you a little freer.
• You feel disconnected, anxious, or stuck.
• You often feel numb or cut off from yourself.
• You get caught in emotional entanglements and don’t know how to step out of them.
• Your body carries tension that doesn’t release, for example, tight shoulders, clenched jaws, stomach pain, or restlessness that keeps returning.
• You’re in a relationship, at work, or in another situation that no longer works for you.
• You sense you are more than what you allow yourself to be, but fear keeps you from living fully as yourself.
• You want to stop letting others have power over you, or depending on what they say about you, and to regain your own power back.
In the sessions, we work with what shows up. We pay attention to the ways you hold yourself back, the habits and fears that keep repeating, and the tension they create in your body. Bit by bit, you learn how to stop feeding those patterns, how to release what has been held in you, and how to reconnect with your strength and your truth.
This process is based on the Grinberg Method, a body-centered approach that uses touch and attention. The body remembers everything: our fears, our stories, our protections, and it also holds the key to change. By listening through the body, we can learn, release, and return to ourselves.
